How long will my order take?

Every Golden Berry notebook is made especially for you. Production usually takes 3–5 business days, followed by shipping. See our Shipping & Returns page for delivery estimates.

Why is every notebook made individually?

Making each notebook for you, rather than in bulk, means less waste and no warehouses full of unsold stock. It's better for the planet and lets us keep refreshing our designs.

What's the difference between Grid and College Ruled?

Grid is ideal for planning, sketching, bullet journaling and anything that benefits from structure. College Ruled has classic horizontal lines for notes, journaling and long-form writing.

Can I send a notebook as a gift?

Absolutely. Just enter the recipient's address at checkout. Browse The Gift Edit for ideas.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.

What if my notebook arrives damaged?

We'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund.
